My name is Wade Franchville, I'm a proud Husband and Father of 2, soon to be 3, beautiful children. I'm also the CEO and founder of Harba Solutions Inc. a national staffing organization specialising in life sciences.

Back in 2021, immediately after I decided to take on the daunting task of running my own business - I knew that I needed to think of a strong company name. I wanted something unique, a name that stood out from the crowd but also something that had real meaning.

After many days wrestling with a bunch of names that didn't quite feel right, I decided to head out to one of my favourite places in the world - Harbaville woods. This was a small piece of land passed down to my family by my great-grandmother. It's peaceful, secluded, and a place of great natural beauty.

My eureka moment hit me at that point - it had to be Harba, after all, life sciences, to me, is all about protecting families, and I wanted to create a company that felt like an extension of my own - so what better way to bring this to life than by naming the business after a place so deeply connected to my family throughout generations.

Unfortunately, for my great-grandmother she lost most of her memories of Harbaville through a long-suffering battle with Alzheimer's disease and it's a condition that continues to inflict harm and pain on members of my family and extended family today.

This is why the Harba Foundation means so much to me. Harba Solutions is a dream come true and is growing faster than any of us could have imagined but I'm determined that Harba stands for more than commercial success - through the foundation, I hope we can play our part in moving the needle towards a brighter future for those at risk or currently suffering from Neurodegenerative Disorders.

For my great-grandmother, for my family and for the 6 million American families currently living with Neurodegenerative Disorders - we will continue to push for a brighter future.
